Brock House is everyone's favourite, a beachfront cottage facing a sandy beach with a view across Georgia Straight to Vancouver Island. Children can play in the covered verandah area.

SETTING:


• 2 level beachfont cottage with covered verandah in front with limited play area around the cottage.
• Beach view.


MAXIMUM SLEEPING CAPACITY:


• 28 people


FACILITIES:


• Indoor eating area
• 2 bedrooms upstairs - 6 bunks in each for a total of 24, plus bathroom with toilet and sink
• 1 bedroom on main floor - 1 bunk plus 1 single bed for a total of 3
• 3 couches (suitable for sleeping in the living room
• 1 bathroom on main floor with toilet, sink & shower
• Kitchen with sufficient equipment for 40 people

• Furnace
• Electric heat in eating area
• Fireplace with wood burning insert in living room

• Electric residential stove (4 burner)

PARKING


• One car on left side of building behind shed, the rest in parking lot on main road
