1. Lions Area Events or Camps and West Coast Area Events or Camps wishing to book any sites

2. Lions Area District Events or Camps and West Coast Area District Events or Camps wishing to book any sites
    

October 15th each year:

   Requests by EMAIL, bookings will be processed and confirmed:

 

1. Lions Area and West Coast Area Guiding Units and Trefoil Guilds
    

October 31st each year:

   Requests by EMAIL, all other booking requests by will be processed and confirmed
