There are two bedrooms upstairs.  One has 6 bunk beds accommodating 12 campers, and the other bedroom has 5 bunk beds, sleeping 10 campers. There is a bedroom on the main floor with 1 bunk bed and a single bed.  There are 3 couches in the living area that are suitable for sleeping.

There is a residential double oven electric stove with a 4 burner ceramic top, microwave and sufficient equipment for 40 people. 

Dining area is separate and connected to the kitchen.

There are two bathrooms upstairs, one for each bedroom - toilets and sinks.   A third bathroom is downstairs with toilet, sink and shower.

The building has an oil furnace.

Electric heating in the dining area.  

Fireplace with wood burning insert in the living room.

Woodshed beside the building.

Mudroom entrance on side of the building.  Plenty of room for shoes and coats.

Water shoe drying rack on the verandah.

Do not climb on the rock wall.  

Beach access is slightly down the road - look for sign.
